Full Size Oven Proofer (For Bakerlux LED &TOUCH oven models only), holds (8) full size sheet pans (not included), oven &proofer are controlled by the oven control panel, (proofer requires separate power outlet from oven), heat settings to 122°F, stainless steel construction with clear glass doors, casters, 208-240v/60/1-ph, 1300 watts, 5.5 amps, NEMA 6-15P (Note: not designed for stand-alone use), requires water hookup, NSF, MET to UL &CSA standards
