The anti-demag features protects pm motors and helps protect the scr power bridge against direct shorts. The controls have ul and cul component recognition. product overview: chassis scr control single voltage optional heatsink bc143 heatsink kit is available to increase the drives capabilities to handle a higher output power rating. if the bc143 heatsink is added, the unit will be able to handle up to 3 hp at 180 vdc. note: a plug-in horsepower resistor and armature fuse must be ordered and installed in all versions of bc141 and bc142 controllers. horsepower resistors should be selected based on the motor's rated current.
