• This is not a defect to the vinyl
• J. Ennis will not be honoring claims on white vinyl due to dye transfer issues from clothing
• Crypton Leather & Vinyl Cleaner & Restorer can be used to remove the dye
• Remove most stains with a soft cloth or sponge, mild soap & water
• If stubborn stains remain, use a soft brush
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water & wipe dry
• Do Not Use Powered Abrasives or Steel Wool
• Products of this nature will always result in additional damage
