The use of disposable screw cap micro-tubes and beads provides a sealed system that eliminates the possibility of sample cross contamination. Ideal unit for use with PAGE, PCR and probe applications. Compatible with phenol, GuSCN and purification solutions; RNA/DNA is quickly recovered with the highest possible yield since cell disruption and nucleic acid extraction is performed simultaneously. Digital controller offers timing cycles from 0-5 minutes and RPM control from 1400-2400 rpm allows intense and quick disruption speed when required.
