Description
Brady pllt2 danger equipment locked out tag, two-part tags with stubs, polyester, 25/pack two-part tags enhance operational control and record-keeping by enabling workers to keep the stubs after attaching the tags, then later give them to managers for verification. B-851 rigid economy polyester with brass grommets, exceeds osha's 50 lb pull force requirement for tagout devices. Textured write-on surface allows for authorized signatures, dates and other special instructions.
