Unlike a tie-rod, there are no bolts, simply remove the screw-on gland, and you're ready to replace the seals. This cylinder provides value pricing without sacrificing quality. Each cylinder undergoes rigorous testing to ensure maximum reliability and performance. Built for demanding applications this cylinder is built with steel casting welded clevis end mounts, and hard chrome-plated rods to withstand the harshest conditions. Easy Field Repairs; Remove the screw-on gland and you're ready to replace the seals, minimizing downtime and streamlining maintenance. Rigorously tested with a 6,000 PSI burst pressure test and 20,000-cycle endurance test. High-precision welded piston. Gloss black paint finish.
