  • Use undiluted over smooth concrete, glazed tile, terrazzo, marble, polished stone, sheet vinyl flooring, or old cutback adhesive
  • Dilute 1 part primer with 1 part water over porous concrete or plywood
  • Apply with a paint brush, short nap roller, or soft push broom
  • Dries in 2 hours
  • Cleans up with soap and water
