Description
A noncombustible silicate cement used for patching chipped firebrick in fireplaces and sealing around fireplaces and woodburning stoves. It adheres firmly to the firebrick when wet or dry. Withstands temperature up to 2000 deg. F. Sets rock hard when fired. Can also be used for applications in wood frame construction where an ASTM E 136 sealant is required such as sealing around vents pipes ducts and chimneys at ceiling and floor level prior to the application of drywall products. For interior use only and is not a fire-rated sealant. It offers easy water clean up. 10.1 fl. oz. cartridge. Black color.
