Description

The Dayton 29XL89 is an air-powered chain hoist designed for industrial lifting and lowering operations in environments.

  • Braking System: Equipped with both disc and shoe-type brakes to ensure secure load holding. Pneumatic Requirements:

    • Air Consumption: Requires a constant air flow of 48 scfm during operation.
    • Inlet Details: Features a 3/8-inch NPT female air inlet. Construction and Design:
      • Body Material: Built with a cast aluminum housing finished in red paint.
      • Hook Type: Includes top and bottom swivel latch hooks made of alloy steel, featuring safety latches and a 1 1/16-inch opening width.
      • Control Type: Operated via a pendant throttle.
      • Headroom: Requires 18 inches of headroom (minimum distance between hooks) for proper installation.
