The tooth profile is low and has a large surface area at the tip of the tooth providing good support on sliding conveyor surfaces. They are manufactured with a heavy duty, woven, nylon based fabric tooth covering. The helically wound tensile cords are engineered, twisted and chemically set stranded fiberglass material.
