The body rubber is a highly engineered synthetic rubber compound, specially compounded for cool running, crack resistance, and excellent bonding to the outside fabric and tensile cords. DURA-ULTIMATE WEDGE belts have a more narrow, deeper wedge shape V with higher power capability and more efficient load carrying characteristics. They allow for smaller and more compact drives. The tensile cords are manufactured with the highest quality Kevlar. These high quality cords are extremely resistant to severe repeated shock loads.
