The DIXON - 4NS6-B is a hose coupling designed for rapid, tool-free connection and disconnection of hoses or pipes. It designed for push-to-connect operation (no tools required for connection/disconnection) to provide a fluid-tight seal when properly connected and within the rated pressure and temperature ranges. This coupling is for use as an end-of-hose or end-of-pipe hose coupling as specified (air/fluid line applications within ratings) and follows the Bowes interchange standard. Brass body with zinc plated finish, it features a male hose fitting with a 3/4 in barb size that accepts hoses with a 3/4 in inner diameter. The coupling component is a plug with a 1/2 in body and coupling size, compatible with Bowes style fittings and plug type coupling without an integrated valve.
