Description
The DIXON - D2F3 is a hose coupling for tool-assisted/hand-actuated connection and disconnection of hoses or equipment with a sealed interface using a nitrile seal. It is intended for use on the end of a hose or pipe and accommodates fluid and air lines. Compatible with the specified hose fitting size and connection type (3/8 in hose; NPT), this coupling features a female hose fitting that connects to a 3/8 in hose with a 1/4 in coupling size, intended for pneumatic, hydraulic, and general-purpose fluid handling applications within the specified pressure/temperature ratings. The locking mechanism uses a sleeve locking mechanism for attachment using the sleeve locking mechanism (no separate tools specified).
