Description
The DIXON - 3JM3 is a quick connect hose coupling designed for attaching to the end of hoses or pipes. It provides a sleeve locking mechanism for connection and disconnection without tools, providing a connection suitable for pneumatic and fluid lines when used within the specified pressure and temperature ratings. This coupling features a 3/8 inch body size and thread size with male hose fitting, and is compatible with automotive style fittings and the Tru-Flate-Automotive interchange standard. Its steel construction with zinc plating has a zinc-plated steel finish, and it includes a tubular valve with a tubular design to control air or fluid flow. The fitting is rated for operation within a temperature range of -40°F to 250°F and supports a maximum working pressure of 500 psi.
