BioMasher II provides a convenient and efficient method for homogenizing small samples directly in a micro-tube. Unique closed system consists of a specially designed 1.5ml clear polypropylene micro-tube with a polyacetal pestle. The pestle has a molded-in shaft guard for added protection from hazardous substances and helps prevent sample loss. Both tube and pestle feature abrasive surface areas that ensure maximum grinding efficiency. This disposable system is ideal for homogenizing animal tissue, plant tissue and various other biological samples.
