Description
The New Eaton BRN120AF Type BR Combo AFCI 20 Amp Circuit Breaker is a 1-pole combination AFCI (Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter) breaker that provides direct detection of persistent low current arcing faults down to 5 amps with associated mitigation of fire hazards in the cords connected to the outlets. This miniature breaker rated at 15-amp and 120/240Vac has an interrupt rating of 10kA. Featuring a plug-on mount it can be used with plug-on neutral panels & existing old panels. Parallel arcing faults can occur from line to neutral or line to ground. These arcing faults are in parallel with the load and produce the most energy of all arcing faults. The load limits the current level of low-current arcing faults. It is ideal for indoor mounting.
