The Chill-Its 6493FR Cooling Neck Gaiter offers cooling relief and fire-resistant protection for the head, face and neck. With an ATPV rating of 5.8-cal/cm squared classified CAT 1 according to NFPA 70E, the fire-resistant fabric will not melt or drip and is designed for environments involving electric arc flash exposure.HOW TO ACTIVATE: For an instant cooling effect that lasts up to two hours, simply activate the neck gaiter's modacrylic fibers with water. When worn dry, the soft, stretchy material also provides a moisture-wicking and absorbent cooling effect, drawing sweat away and helping to regulate body temperature.
