EZCap PCR FilmStrips offer an economical and user-friendly alternative to sealing PCR strip caps and plate sealing. Convenient strips are ideal for selectively covering one row at a time and preventing accidental pipetting or to reseal rows that have been pierced.Sheets contain 2 mil thick clear polyester film in pre-cut strips of 8 with backing liner for convenient use. Strips can be peeled individually or two at a time for increased efficiency. Specially formulated adhesive provides an excellent seal and minimizes evaporation, reduces cross-contamination and prevents spillage. Film removes easily and cleanly from plate surfaces. Sheets feature two removable end tabs with perforations for easy handling, application and removal. FimStrips remove easily and cleanly with no splash back as can occur with strip-caps. Supplied non-sterile, 400 sheets per package.
