ThermalSeal RTS Sealing Film has a unique layer of adhesive that remains non-tacky until pressed against a sealing surface. Adhesive layer is composed of 50um thick inert encapsulated silicone. Film creates optically clear protection barrier over sample area as heat resistant seal secures each well. Silicone adhesive forms the strongest available seal for evaporation prevention. Non-tacking adhesive simplifies handling prior to sealing. ThermalSeal RTS film is sized to fit within the edges of raised rim 96-well plates and is compatible with standard plates. Temperature resistant from -80° C to +105° C.
