The CanDoLow-Powder exercise band PEPpack can be used for a progressive resistance exercise program. Each Peppack comes with three different 4-foot bands and an illustrated instruction/exercise chart. Each exerciser is packaged in a polybag. Simply remove exercise band from polybag and it is ready to use. CanDohigh quality latex resistive exercise band has been used in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning and training. It has become a staple of many physical therapy programs.

CanDoexercise band is an economic solution for upper and lower body exercise. It is lightweight, portable and durable. Effective when used alone, or with handles and anchors.
