About Fire Hoses
Commercial and industrial buildings are required to have fire hoses installed in building. These high-pressure hoses carry water or fire retardant foam meant to extinguish a fire. Indoor hoses may be folded or attached to a hose reel that connect to the building’s plumbing system. Outdoor hoses connect to fire hydrants or fire trucks.
