Firestik SS274A Adjustable Stainless Steel Hood-Trunk Channel Antenna Mount

These mounts were specifically designed for hood, trunk and hatchback applications. However, the versatility of these mounts allow you to mount it in many ways. Once you have it in your hand you will see the numerous possibilities. All bracket parts are made of stainless steel. Since the mount is located on the inside channel of your hood, trunk or hatchback, there are no visible mounting holes. These mounts are fully adjustable to compensate for sloping angles such as those common on mini-van hoods and/or hatchback doors. Both mounts have a full 180 degrees of adjustment and may be mounted on either the left or right side of the vehicle. For use with antennas up to 4ft in length.
The riser portion of the bracket will accommodate channels that are up to 2" (50mm) deep. Overall, the bracket is 4" (100mm) tall and 1.5" (38mm) wide. All mounting hardware (also stainless steel) is hidden inside the channel. These mounts come complete with the antenna mounting stud. Two models are available.
The SS-274A includes the K-4A, SO-239 base antenna stud mount. If the mounting situation allows for the required space to use a screw on coax connector (PL-259) on the mount end of the coax, this is the mount to choose.
