Provides Both A Bonding, Mildew Resistant Primer and a First Flat Coat For Latex Or Acrylic Applications. VOC restriction only in SCAQMD and CA CARB effective.

- • When added to paint, may increase dry time. High humidity or temperatures below 50 degree Fahrenheit and 10 degree Celcius may prolong drying for recoating times
- • Add to latex paint to help paint adhere to chalky, dusty and porous surfaces
- • While coverage will vary with the texture and porosity of the surface, you will generally use 20 percent less material than if the paint or stain
