The 4.32 cu.ft. oven with an output of 30,000 BTU is fitted with a convection fan, thermostat and regulator to allow consistent cooking, and a 3-layer glass door. Included are 3 telescopic oven racks and LP conversion kit. Housed in a high-grade stainless steel body and zinc knobs.
