180mm Panel Sizing PCD Scoring Blade

Freuds extensive panel sizing range now includes a dedicated line of scoring saw blade options featuring Polycrystalline Diamond PCD. This range of PCD saw blades features exacting grinds for a precision cut in all man-made panel materials including MDF, plywood, melamine and HPL coated materials. Freuds PCD scoring blades are proven to last up to 75X over traditional carbide blades for the lowest applied tooling cost of any scoring blade available on the market today. The PCD series is available in both H4 Semi Disposable and H6 Fully Resharpenable versions, allowing the user to select based on the material and preferred value position.
