It functions as a vacuum intake filter that filters dust, particulates, and liquid carryover from incoming air. The filter features a screw-on connection and is compatible with Gast brand equipment, including models in the R4 and R5 series, and is a replacement for OEM part numbers R4P115, R4P315A, R5125-2, and R5325A-2.
