This handy standard receptacle tester features a compact, comfortable, contoured design with neon indicators that display positive indication of circuit status. Compact unit simply plugs into any standard 3 wire or grounded receptacle (110 125 voltage AC circuits) and a succession of yellow and red lights provides indication of circuit status or specifies wiring errors. Lamps reveal 5 common wiring errors including open ground, open neutral, open hot, hot or ground reverse, hot or neutral reverse, as well as correct wiring.
