This liquid, industrial-strength, waterless hand cleaner is safe to use and gentle on hands because it contains no petroleum solvents. Volcanic ash grit adds gentle scrubbing strength and the odor-removing power comes from the all-natural extract of orange peels, known as d-limonene. Includes natural lanolin and other conditioning and soothing agents to keep your skin comfortable. Orange-peel fragrance. Can be used with or without water.
