This men's Chelsea boot's upper is made from a supple full-grain leather and also includes elastic twin gores. The twin gores make the boot easy to slip on and take off. Comfort is provided by the polyurethane AMP LT insole. Polyurethane insoles are thicker than conventional insoles and the AMP LT has the added benefit of being topped with memory foam. Memory foam conforms to the shape of your foot and cushions each step. This Athens boot uses our proprietary TPU Anchor Disk shank. The Anchor Disk is much wider than traditional steel shanks and will protect more of the underside of your foot. This men's Chelsea boot has been built with a combined cement and stitchdown construction. This construction is extremely durable because the outsole is still stitched to the upper; it is also still pretty flexible because part of the outsole is attached with cement construction.
