Beautifully printed on silk-like Endura-GlossTM and Endura-PolyTM material, stick flags are carefully hem-stitched on all four sides and mounted on a staff with spear. The flag of the District of Columbia was adopted on October 15th, 1938, and features three red stars over two red bars on a white field. It’s an armorial design based on George Washington’s coat of arms.
