Adjust the telescoping sections with the positive lock screw joints that open and close to lock the sections into place. This telescoping flagpole is vinyl tipped to prevent damage to the flag. \n \nFlag Not Included. \n \nThis telescoping flagpole can be used to display a feather flag or several outdoor flags. The number of flags recommended to be flown on the 15' pole are: (1) 3' x 5' or (2) 2' x 3. Two clips for mounting the flag are included.
