The work surface of this workbench gains added strength from the substantial wooden core enclosed in welded stainless steel. The particle board core is 1-1/2in thick with a phenolic backer for use in clean rooms and food service applications. The workbench is built for rugged use, yet it is still easy to keep clean. Its 1-5/8in thick high pressure plastic laminate-faced particle board core top gives you a smooth, rigid work surface that lasts and lasts. The workbench height adjusts at 1-1/2in increments. Its 5-3/8inH steel drawer features a safety stop to prevent accidental spilling. The drawer has 2 mounting angle brackets for easy workbench installation on either the left or right hand side. This workbench has a recessed handle with padlockable hasp for added security lock sold separately. The adjustable height legs feature removable duplex knockouts on front and rear for installation of either a hard wired electrical outlet or an optional plug-in outlet that easily screws into place with no wiring necessary.
