Hardwood is kiln dried, electronically glued, sanded to 1-3/4in thickness and has laminated edges. The top is finished with a penetrating mineral oil for a durable high quality appearance. It also has a riser shelf that provides added work space. The workbench height adjusts at 1-1/2in increments. Its 5-3/8inH steel drawer features a safety stop to prevent accidental spilling. The drawer has 2 mounting angle brackets for easy workbench installation on either the left or right hand side. It also has a riser shelf that provides added work space. The riser shelf measures 10-1/2inD x 12inH with a 2in backstop to prevent items from falling. This workbench has a recessed handle with padlockable hasp for added security lock sold separately. The adjustable height legs feature removable duplex knockouts on front and rear for installation of either a hard wired electrical outlet or an optional plug-in outlet that easily screws into place with no wiring necessary. Its legs are finished with scratch-resistant gray powder coat. The bench stringer comes with mounting hardware to assemble legs to the bench top. It is easy to assemble.
