- Jaw opening increased from 8.8" to 9.13" - Same bed height as our 327290M: 2.875" ±0.0005" - Narrower body style to allow more vises on a machine table - The bearing pack has been relocated to help reduce oil / water / chip leakage into the vise body, thus improving the life time - The thrust bearings have been replaced with ball bearings to make the pack stronger and more stable - Same distance from the keyway to stationary as the 327290M - 68 lbs. for the ADX-160G vs. 327290M weight 80 lbs. - Spindle does not protrude past the end of the body - Spherical segment creates all-directional alignment and reduces jaw lift for improved performance - New brush seal design - Perpendicularity (running face and jaw plate): 0.0004" - Parallelism (running face to bottom of bed): 0.0006" - Material: FCD-60 (80,000psi) - New stationary jaw: 4 bolt stationary design reduces lift - Pull-Type design: Reduces stress on body during clamping - Chip evacuation: Straight through the body on sides and ends.
