The ultra smooth surface is rust proof and extremely durable. ~ HRC 65, hardened high grade alloy steel provides outstanding strength and rigidity delivering higher productivty, stability, and longer tool life. ~ Using a .02 mm feeler gage, each tool is qualified to assure the gap between the insert and pocket base is <0.02 mm. We guarantee the gap is <.02 mm providing 100% insert seating control. ~ All of the chamfers are processed by CNC machines to ensure uniformity. ~ Use with CCMT32.52 inserts. ~ Inserts are not included.
