The HANSEN - 4006E is a quick connect hose coupling that is configured for connection and disconnection without tools (as applicable to the included sleeve locking mechanism) in pneumatics, air tools, and industrial plant applications. It features a brass construction with a gold and silver finish. The coupling includes an integrated poppet valve to control airflow during connection and disconnection, reducing fluid loss. It is compatible with pneumatic systems that meet the specified pressure, temperature, and hose inner diameter requirements and meets the Industrial Interchange standard (as applicable to the specified coupling size and configuration), accommodating a hose inner diameter of 3/8 inch. It uses a sleeve locking mechanism.
