Rotary table is precision ground. Low profile design. Worm gear is easily disengaged for free rotation. Rotary table parts are strategically positioned for easy access. The one piece worm and shaft are hobbed from solid alloy steel. 10 second vernier reading. One rotation of handle equals 4 Degrees on collar. Graduated 360 degrees. The dividing plates are suitable for rotary tables. The set includes index plates, a crank handle, 3 screws, a sector & a U washer. They include 3 plates - Plate A - 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 Plate B - 21, 23, 27, 29, 31, 33 Plate C - 37, 39, 41, 43, 47, 49. The included rotary table can be used in a horizontal or vertical position and with a lathe chuck. The adjustable tailstock has an adjustable height of 1.65-3.62in for 4in rotary tables. Also included is a 16 piece clamp kit made of case hardened and heat treated, drop forged steel. The kit contains 2 step clamps, 2 step blocks, 4 M8 Studs, 4 t-slot nuts and 4 flanged nuts. The 3in 4-jaw self-centering lathe chuck is made of high grade tool steel and includes 2 sets of solid jaws ID & OD and a chuck wrench.
