Maintenance free. Simple, easy to use, mechanical operation. Zero-point system plates are used in machine tool positioning and clamping systems and have many features including repeatability of less than 0.005mm. The system allows for the addition of more plates or the use of different grid dimensions and you can add expansion modules for 5-axis machining.
