HHIP 5/8 T-Slot 58 Piece Clamping Kit with Precision 1-2-3 Blocks Clamping kit parts are made of heat-treated powered casting steel for stronger strength. Clamping kit stud size is 1/2 in-13. Includes 4 each of 3 in, 4 in. 5 in, 6 in, 7 in and 8 in studs, 4 coupling nuts, 6 flanged nuts, 6 forged steel step clamps, 6 t-nuts, 12 steel step blocks, 1 wall rack, 1 t-slot cleaner and 1 wrench. The Precision 1-2-3 blocks are a matched pair. The blocks are heat-treated and case hardened to HRC 55 to 60. The blocks are also hardened and precision ground on all 6 sides. Each block has and accuracy with squareness on all sides within .0002 in per inch. The blocks have 23 holes that consist of 5 tapped holes that are 3/8 in-16 for clamping and 18 untapped holes. The cross-drilling design gives minimum weight and maximum strength.
