Description
Carbide steel shanks with 700 800 N/mm2 strength and flat chamfered mounting surface. Fitted with diamond ground carbide inserts. Angles on the inserts are precision ground. All turning tools are supplied with sharp cutting edges. Sharpening the cutting edge with a boron carbide hand lapper will increase the tool edge life. The extent of the wear area is dependent on the cutting conditions. For roughing and interrupted machining it is imperative that the cutting edges are sharpened. Fitted with diamond ground carbide inserts. Application: P20/K25 for machining steel and cast iron. M20 for machining stainless steels. Attention: For rough and interrupted machining the cutting edges should be sharpened with a boron carbide hand lapper No. 558812. Overall length: 90 mm
