Hook & Loop Discs are a versatile abrasive sanding material used in surface preparation tasks. They consist of a flexible backing with densely packed abrasive grains, attached securely to a hook and loop backing system.

Hook & Loop Discs offer numerous advantages over traditional sanding methods. They provide a secure and fast attachment to backing pads, allowing for quick and effortless disc changes. Additionally, the abrasive grains are bonded to the backing in a uniform pattern, ensuring consistent sanding results.

Hook & Loop Discs are highly versatile and can be used to sand a wide range of materials, including metal, wood, plastic, composites, and even painted surfaces. The abrasive grain type and size are selected based on the material being sanded.

To maintain the integrity and longevity of Hook & Loop Discs, it's crucial to store them in a dry, cool environment. Prolonged exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures can compromise the abrasive grains' bonding and reduce the disc's effectiveness.
