HPS Performance 3-1/2 in ultra high temperature 4-ply aramid reinforced silicone charge air cooler (CAC) hot side hump coupler hose with 12 in length, part number CAC-350-L12-HOT, is engineered to meet and exceed SAEJ20 industry standards, providing a high-performance connection between engine-mounted charge air system components. This hot side CAC hump coupler bellow isolates heavy engine vibration and compensates for slight axial misalignments to protect turbocharger and intercooler piping from mechanical stress and fatigue. It is built for extreme-duty industrial, automotive, and marine environments with a temperature range of -65 deg. F to 500 deg. F (260 deg. C). The 4-ply aramid reinforcement offers superior burst pressure resistance and structural integrity compared to standard polyester-reinforced hoses, making it ideal for heavy-duty trucks, buses, and power generation systems.
