HPS Performance 7 in ultra high temperature 8-ply aramid reinforced silicone charge air cooler (CAC) hot side hump coupler hose with 10 in length, part number P8-CAC-700-L10-HOT, is engineered to meet and exceed SAEJ20 industry standards, providing a high-performance connection between engine-mounted charge air system components. This hot side CAC 3-convolute hump coupler bellow isolates heavy engine vibration and compensates for slight axial misalignments to protect turbocharger and intercooler piping from mechanical stress and fatigue. It is built for extreme-duty industrial, automotive, and marine environments with a temperature range of -65 deg. F to 500 deg. F (260 deg. C). The 8-ply aramid reinforcement offers superior burst pressure resistance and structural integrity compared to standard polyester-reinforced hoses, making it ideal for heavy-duty trucks, buses, and power generation systems.
