The HPS Performance Air Intake Kit is an easy-to-install upgrade that delivers a more powerful driving experience through improved throttle response and dyno-proven gains of up to 28.8 horsepower and 31.5 lb-ft of torque, all while maintaining a safe air-fuel ratio. To maximize cooling and performance, the kit includes a heavy-duty powder-coated steel heat shield that blocks engine heat. The restrictive stock air box and panel filter are replaced by a 3.5 in mandrel-bent aluminum intake pipe and high-flow air filter, optimizing airflow with long-lasting durability. The washable and reusable high-flow air filter is specifically designed for performance, delivering excellent filtration of particles as small as 5 microns without sacrificing airflow. Even in the most extreme driving conditions, reliability is ensured by high-temperature resistant, 3-ply reinforced silicone hoses and 100% stainless steel T-bolt clamps.
