This HPS Performance Air Intake Kit replaces the restrictive stock intake with a 3.25 in mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube to improve air delivery to the engine. The stock air filter and air filter housing is replaced with a high-performance reusable high-flow cotton air filter and a specially designed steel heat shield to direct air flow to your intake. The heat shield features a specially designed pattern to allow the turbocharged engine to be heard under acceleration while retaining the effectiveness of the heat shield. Improve acceleration and throttle response with dyno-proven gains of 10.4 horsepower and 15.6 lb-ft. of torque at the lower end of the powerband. This additional power optimizes your vehicle's performance with in the RPM range that your vehicle normally operates for a better overall driving experience.
