E6011 1/8in Premium Arc Stick Electrodes 14in Welding Rod 10-Pound Box

The E6011 Premium Arc Stick Electrodes are designed to deliver reliable performance across a variety of welding applications. Available in 1/8-inch, 3/32-inch, and 5/32-inch sizes, these 14-inch rods come in a 10-pound box with quantity options of one, two, or six packs. Featuring a high-cellulose covering, these electrodes are ideal for welding steel sheets and pipes, particularly in shipbuilding and construction. They support welding in poor groove fit-ups and are suitable for vertical-down and all-position pipe welding. The welds offer excellent mechanical properties, meet X-ray standards, and provide high ductility with easy slag removal. To ensure optimal results, electrodes should be redried at 70-80°C for 30 to 60 minutes before use.
