With an iron powder and titania coating, they provide excellent arc stability and smooth weld bead appearance. These electrodes are ideal for fillet welding in ship structures, bridges, and structural steel applications. Their superior slag removal properties enhance productivity and reduce cleanup time. Compatible with both AC and DC- power sources, they support various welding positions, including flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead. For optimal performance, redry the electrodes at 120-150°C for 30-60 minutes before use.
