E7018 1/8in Premium Arc Stick Electrodes 14in Welding Rod 10-Pound Box

The E7018 Premium Arc Stick Electrodes are designed for high-performance welding of 490 MPa class high-tensile steel in demanding applications. Available in sizes of 1/8-inch, 3/32-inch, and 5/32-inch, each 14-inch rod is packaged in a 10-pound box with set options of one, two, or six packs. We also offer 2-pound or 6-pound bundle options. Featuring a low-hydrogen, iron powder covering, these electrodes are ideal for use in shipbuilding, bridges, storage tanks, buildings, and industrial machinery. They provide excellent mechanical properties, radiographic soundness, and produce a clean bead with easy slag removal. Designed for DC+ welding, they excel in flat, vertical-up, and overhead positions. For optimal results, the electrodes should be redried at 300-400°C for 1-2 hours before use.
