Description

The E71T-GS Flux Cored Gasless Weld Wire is engineered for high-performance welding of 490MPa high tensile steel. Ideal for outdoor use, this self-shielded wire eliminates the need for shielding gas while providing excellent arc stability and low spatter. Each 2-pound spool features a 4-inch diameter and is available in wire sizes of 0.030'' 0.8mm and 0.035'' 0.9mm. Choose from multiple pack sizes including 1, 2, 5, 8, or 20 spools to suit your project scale. Designed for use with DCEN electrode negative, it excels in structural work and general fabrication where impact resistance is not required. Its efficient performance includes smooth slag removal and a clean, consistent bead shape for professional-quality results.
