Description
The ENi-CI Nickel 99 Cast Iron Welding Electrode is designed for high-quality repairs and joining of cast iron, alloy cast iron, and malleable cast iron components. Featuring a graphite-type coating, it is ideal for applications such as motor beds, cylinder covers, gears, and casings. This electrode produces a weld deposit that is easily machinable, making post-weld finishing simpler and more efficient. Available in 1/8'' 14'' length and 3/32'' 12'' length sizes, it comes in bundle weights of 1 lb, 2 lbs, 5 lbs, 10 lbs to match various job requirements. For effective results, ensure proper base metal preparation, preheat as needed between 150-300°C, and redry electrodes before use. Certified to AWS A5.15-90 ENi-CI standards, this rod provides solid performance for critical repair work.
